Product Overview:
12V lead-acid battery is installed and used. The production process adopts numerical control equipment through shearing, stamping and bending. The unique classic plastic spraying process conforms to the international IP23 standard. The cabinet machine is made of high-quality metal forming with uniform force.
Performance characteristics:
1. The whole machine is sprayed with phosphating, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant; it meets the requirements of GB/T2423.17-2008 salt spray test;
2. The mounting plate at the bottom of the side panel is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate;
3. Removable fully open structure, convenient installation and maintenance;
4. Can be installed in a 19-inch server cabinet;
5. The load shall be evenly arranged on each mounting plate at 1.25 times of 150KG, and the static load shall be applied for 1h. After the test, the load shall remain in the original position, and the shell shall be free of cracks and permanent deformation, which shall meet the requirements of GB/T20641-2014;
